All our rings are handmade and by request. No ring is exactly the same as another.
Due to the variety of models and sizes, we do not have stock.
Each work takes between 7 and 14 days. When your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know.
Work begins once the payment is credited.
We accept payment through paypal, to use PayPal just follow the links as you are completing your transaction. You can use PayPal to pay with your debit card or credit card. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.
Packages will not be sent until payments have been credited. You must complete the payment process at the time of check out.
Please contact us if you are having any problems with the payment process, we may be able to help you complete it.
Shipping is through DHL and Fedex. Delivery time depends on each country. We are not responsible for courrier's delays. Insurance is not included in the price. In case you want your shipment to be insured, please let us know.
US and Canada: 3-4 business days
Europe: 4-5 business days
Everywhere else: between 4 and 7 business days.
Services includes tracking number.
IMPORTANT: We do not deliver to PO boxes
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' - Argentina and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept refunds nor exchanges.
Additional policies and FAQs
-Our warranty is for one year. Rosler Rings warrants that all new products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
-The warranty covers defects in manufacturing. It does not cover damages caused by misuse of the product.
-Custom orders are not covered by warranty, since we cannot take responsibility for the behavior of custom and untested materials in different proportions from those of our standard products.
-The buyer must inform to Rosler Rings of the defect or damage by sending an email. Please attach quality photos where we can observe clearly the defect or damage.
-Rosler reserves the right to evaluate all defects or damage.
-Due to Argentine Customs regulations, the returns must be EXCLUSIVELY via national postal services (for example: USPS, Canada Post, Royal Post) As a letter, with the ring well wrapped in papers, without declared content/value, and with tracking number. Packages that do not meet these requirements, will be automatically denied by the Argentine Customs and returned to sender.
-Rosler is not responsible for damages or losses caused by the Post.
-All the shipping costs and taxes must be paid by the buyer.
-Once we receive the package at our workshop, we will proceed with repairs or replacement (depending on the specific case) in the following 6/10 days.
-We will inform the buyer when the work is finished to coordinate the return shipment.
-Rosler does not assume any responsibility for loss and damages caused by shipping.

The best and most accurate way to take your size, is going to a jewelry. If is not possible, you can buy a ring sizer. Other methods like the print paper, are not very effective.
Engraving is in capital letters, with a maximum of 15 characters, including spaces.
Because of the techniques and materials employed to make our rings, they cannot be resized.
