OUR SALES POLICIES
All our rings are handmade and by request. No ring is exactly the same as another.
Due to the variety of models and sizes, we do not have stock.
Each work takes between 7 and 14 days. When your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know.
Work begins once the payment is credited.
 
PAYMENTS
We accept payment through paypal, to use PayPal just follow the links as you are completing your transaction. You can use PayPal to pay with your debit card or credit card. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.
Packages will not be sent until payments have been credited. You must complete the payment process at the time of check out.
Please contact us if you are having any problems with the payment process, we may be able to help you complete it.
 
SHIPPING
Shipping is through DHL. Delivery time depends on each country. We are not responsible for DHL´s delays. Insurance is not included in the price. In case you want your shipment to be insured, please let us know.

US and Canada: 3-4 business days
Europe: 4-5 business days
Everywhere else: between 4 and 7 business days.

Services includes tracking number.
IMPORTANT: We do not deliver to PO boxes

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' - Argentina and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
 
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
The returns will be accepted after 15 days of receiving the ring.
We accept returns or exchanges on a case by case basis. Rösler reserves the right to analyze each case and decide if the rings apply for exchange or refund.
We will not make any refund for losses or damages not caused by us.
We do not accept changes or returns in custom or engraved orders.
Our rings are made from unique materials that unfortunately cannot be resized. However, we can exchange your ring for a new ring of the same style in the new size for 35% of the value of the original ring’s purchase price and the shipping cost to your country.
LIMITED WARRANTY
-Our warranty is for one year. Rosler Rings warrants that all new products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
-The warranty covers defects in manufacturing. It does not cover damages caused by misuse of the product.
-Custom orders are not covered by warranty, since we cannot take responsibility for the behavior of custom and untested materials in different proportions from those of our standard products.
-The buyer must inform Rosler Rings of the defect or damage by sending an email to hello@rosler-rings.com. Please attach quality photos where we can observe clearly the defect or damage.
-Rosler reserves the right to evaluate all defects or damage.
-Due to Argentine Customs regulations, the returns must be EXCLUSIVELY via courier (DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS). Returns cannot be accepted via national postal services (for example: USPS, Canadian Post, Royal Post). The packages sent with National Postal services will be automatically denied by the Argentine Customs and returned to sender.
-All the shipping costs and taxes must be paid by the buyer. When completing the shipping label, "dutiable shipments only" must be selected in the shipper option. If not, the package will be automatically denied by the Argentinian Customs and returned to sender.
-Once we receive the package at our workshop, we will proceed with repairs or replacement (depending on the specific case) in the following 6/10 days.
-We will inform the buyer when the work is finished to coordinate the return shipment.
-Rosler does not assume any responsibility for loss and damages caused by shipping.

If you want to make some modification on the published models, or want a different model, contact us at hello@rosler-rings.com and we will assist you.

SIZES
The best and most accurate way to take your size, is going to a jewelry store. If that’s not possible, you can buy a ring sizer. Other methods like the print paper, are not very effective and we do not recommend them.

ENGRAVING and UPGRADES
If you want to engrave your ring, add or change a strass for a genuine diamond, please enter to the UPGRADES section.
